A long-term project involving on-going support and development of the SugarCRM system for sales support functions.
The customer decided to implement an open-source SugarCRM customer relationship management solution at their organization, due to the low cost of the investment but also due to the possibility of modifying the source code. This feature proved to be key in tailoring this solution to the extensive and non-standard requirements of the business functions of the largest postal provider in Poland.
The wide area of operation of our customer and the diverse portfolio of products and services proved to be a challenge to the development of extensions. Thanks to the flexibility of the SugarCRM solution, the requirements are being satisfied using the formula of dedicated tasks whose completion results in the creation of separate functional modules, fully integrated with the core and the fundamental system functionalities.
